I must say that from day one, working with Southern Exposure Sunrooms has been a pleasure. 

Nick laid out the plan and schedule.  He ensured that the schedule was maintained and kept us up to date.  The crew arrived on the exact date and time as scheduled.  They dismantled our lanai’s framing, erected their framing including screening and windows within 6 hours.  They were courteous and efficient.  Because it was drizzling while the crew constructed the the framing, they didn’t think it was wise to chalk the framing / cement interface; a wise choice.  A few days later, another tech arrived, on schedule to apply the interior and exterior chalking. Everything was perfect, until an unexpected torrential rainstorm arrived a few days later.  I took some pictures and sent them to Nick.  A few days later, Jerry arrived and remedied the issues.  Jerry quickly patched the breaches.  He continued to seal the exterior cement and made suggestions on how to clean and upkeep of your product.  Jerry and the entire team are absolute professionals!

I have to say that working with Southern Exposure Sunrooms is an absolute pleasure.  More product and service companies should operate in this manor!
